Overview

This complete series combines both our Resume and Job Application course and our Interview Skills Intensive and will run virtually in four x 2 hour sessions over two consecutive days.

The first day introduces essential knowledge in understanding the recruitment and selection process within the public sector and then focuses on developing a professional resume and writing high quality applications and supporting statements.

The second day dives deep into interview preparation and will give you the skills and advanced techniques to impress the panel and perform at your best.

By the end of the program, we hope you will be able to confidently handle each stage of the typical government recruitment process:

  • Prepare a memorable closing statement
  • Develop non-verbal communication strategies for success
  • Understand how to respond to complex interview situations integrating multiple selection techniques
  • Gain key tips for success in remote interviews
