In this full day workshop we provide training in the core skills required for good quality recruitment and selection – benchmarks, shortlisting, interview questions, referee checks, decision making and post selection feedback. It is an essential introduction for panel members and provides a best practice model for public sector recruitment and selection.
Capability and Leadership Framework for Job Applicants
Short session for job applicants who already understand the government recruitment process but need an update so they can succeed using the Queensland Government Capability and Leadership Framework (CLF). You will learn how to demonstrate the capabilities in a resume, supporting statements and at interview.
Short session for panel members who already understand the recruitment and selection process but need an update so they can apply the Queensland Government Capability and Leadership Framework (CLF) to a selection process. You will learn how to use the capabilities in role descriptions, when shortlisting from resumes & supporting statements, in developing interview questions and overall in decision making.
